Welcome to our Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills Group Sessions, where your child will embark on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and emotional regulation. DBT is an evidence-based therapy approach that combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness practices, along with kills-based intervention to help individuals develop essential skills for managing emotions, improving relationships, and enhancing overall well-being. The group has a capacity of 10 participants to ensure each participant is given individualized attention.

Skills Group Sessions will be held weekly for a duration of 6 weeks.

Each session will focus on a specific set of skills, such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.

This 6-week subscription module is Mindfulness. This is a closed group. Once the group has started, new attendees are not allowed. Attendance is required for all 6 sessions for each module. You are required to complete a free consultation prior to booking. It is highly recommended that your child attends all 4 modules (24 weeks) to achieve the full benefit of the group and is connected to an individual therapist.
