Sarah

Certified Yoga Instructor RYT

I have been a nanny for 13 years and practicing yoga for six years. My passion for yoga further deepened as I overcame many difficult life obstacles and this is one reason why I became a yoga instructor. Being able to teach kids yoga is not only transformative but also inspiring.

The practice helps them develop their strength, flexibility and coordination. I have noticed significant changes in their awareness, concentration and memory and discipline from yoga.

Parents have shared they have noticed their kiddos manage stress and overwhelming emotions and are able to regulate their moods. I look forward to sharing my practice with your child.
