Teen Flow (Ages- 13-17)
Welcome to our Teen Yoga Group Class, where adolescents can explore the practice of yoga in a supportive and empowering environment. This class is specifically designed for teenagers to cultivate physical strength, mental focus, emotional balance, and self-confidence through a variety of yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices. Whether you are new to yoga or have some experience, this class is open to all levels and aims to provide a space for teens to connect with themselves and others in a positive and uplifting way.
Lil Yogi Flow & Story Time (4-6 years old)
Join us for a fun and interactive class that combines the benefits of yoga, stretching, and Storytime for children. Our classes are designed to promote physical activity, flexibility, relaxation, and creativity in a playful and engaging way. Each session will incorporate age-appropriate yoga poses, gentle stretching exercises, and a captivating story to spark imagination and foster a love for movement and mindfulness.
Jr Yogi Flow (7-12 years)
Join us for a fun and supportive yoga class. This class is specifically designed for school-aged children to enhance their physical fitness, mental well-being, and emotional resilience through a combination of yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. Guided by experienced instructors, students will learn to cultivate mindfulness, improve flexibility, and build confidence in a non-competitive and inclusive environment.
